This is one of my absolute most favorite desserts! This is low carb, filled with good fats, and SUGAR FREE and GUILT free! Wahoo! And it's DECADENT! I hope you enjoy this one as much as I do!
This only takes minutes to prepare, as you throw all the ingredients together, in your food processor, then eat! However, I like to let mine chill a few hours, or even til the next day because it firms up a bit. But either way is just as delicious!
2 ripe medium avocados, peeled
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup milk of your choice (I use unsweetened almond or cashew milk)
(if doing Keto, and enjoying dairy products, you could do heavy whipping cream!)
Sweetener: some recipes call for 1/4 honey. I choose to use stevia liquid drops or Erythritol, which is a sugar alcohol. Sweeten to your liking. All tastes are different. =)
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon powder
Blend all ingredients, until smooth, in a blender, food processor, or with hand mixer. I find using my food processor, on pulse mode, works best.
